900 BIG BORE KIT FOR THE 800 MXZ (High Altitude ONLY 5000' and above)

We offer a big bore kit for the 800 for high altitude only with a bore size of 87mm. The kit should produce around 164HP with 105 lbs of torque @ 8200-8400 RPMs. We have found this kit to really wake up the sled for a serious high altitude trail rider. The kit will include Crank Shop nickicil rave valve cylinders, new head & cover, 87mm pistons, porting, V-Force 3 reeds, and a set of twin silenced pipes. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package price.
