800 MXZ
This motor is a bigger and better version of the 700 motor. The light weight design and 75.7mm stroke with a 82mm bore the 800 MXZ should give the 800 triples all they can handle. We have twin trail pipes that gain about 8 HP at 7900-8100 RPMs with a few pounds of torque, and cylinder trail porting is about 6-7 HP. New for 2006 we have an aftermarket head with inserts that will just bolt on to your cylinders. The compression ratio for the inserts is 12.1 to 1. For improve stock & prostock racing we have packages available. They would include the cylinder race porting, base porting, head machining & inserts, race pipes, and V-Force 3 Reeds. The improve stock package would also include the boring of the stock carbs. Your CDI Box would need to be reprogrammed with either race package, but unfortunately the Ski Doo Race Department has discontinued this service. The customer would need to locate a CDI box that has had race curve installed. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package prices. Carburetor disassemble and assemble and cleaning an extra charge. Any additional crank work, repairs, or replacement parts required for the motor to run properly will be an extra charge.
