We found for trail use our single pipe, trail porting, and team clutch are a good combination with gains as much as 10 sled lengths over the stock sled. Trail porting 6-7HP, single pipe 3-4HP, single pipe muffler is weight savings over the stock no HP gains. The 800 HO race packages for snowcross and drags are making 114 lbs. of torque with 180HP @ 8500 RPM's. We have found these numbers to vary depending on carb size. We highly recommend using the 600RS TMX carbs and CNC taper bore them to achieve the maximum HP. Send your complete motor and carburetors for the race package. CDI box reprogramming is necessary for the race package, but unfortunately Ski Doo Race Department has discontinued this service. The customer would need to locate a CDI box that a race curve had been installed previously. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package price or the labor to disassemble and assemble carburetors.   Any crank work, repairs, or replacement OEM parts would be an extra charge. We also carry an aluminum billet head with inserts that will just bolt on.
