775 BIG BORE KIT FOR THE POLARIS 700 XC

We have developed a 775cc big bore for the Polaris twin 700 XC. This kit will run with your stock single pipe, but we highly recommend using twin pipes for the full potential of the kit. The kit includes boring and porting of the stock cylinders, renickicil cylinders, machining the base and head, 85mm custom pistons, and base gaskets. We also recommend that you bore your carbs and use V-force 3 reeds. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble is NOT included in the package price. The kit will produce 140 HP @ 8000 RPMs with 94 lbs of torque with the stock single pipe & V-force 3 reeds, or 150HP @ 8100 RPM's with 97.5 lbs of torque with twin Crank Shop pipes & V-force 3 reeds. Optional package to include Crank Shop rave nickicil cylinders and head instead of boring stock cylinders.
