We have found success with the single pipe, porting, and Team clutches on the Revs with gains up to 10 sled lengths over stock. Trail porting is around 6-7HP, single pipe 3-4HP, and single pipe muffler is weight savings from the stock muffler with no HP gains. New for 2006 we are offering an aftermarket head with inserts that just bolts on. The compression ratio for the inserts is 12.25:1. The 600 HO race packages for snowcross and drags are making 89lbs. of torque with 147-148HP at 9000 RPM's. Send your complete motor, carburetors, and CDI box. CDI programming is not included in the race package price it will be an additional $150.00. Fuel recommended for the race motor is C-14. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package price. Any crank work, repairs, or replacement OEM parts would be an extra charge.
