We have found success with the single pipe, porting, and Team clutches on the Revs with gains up to 10 sled lengths over stock. Trail porting is around 6-7HP, single pipe 3-4HP, and single pipe muffler is weight savings from the stock muffler with no HP gains. The 600 HO race packages for snowcross and drags are making 89lbs. of torque with 147-148HP at 9000 RPM's. Send your complete motor and carburetors. CDI programming is not available at the Ski Doo Race Department. The customer would need to locate a CDI box that has had a race curve installed previously. Fuel recommended for the race motor is C-14. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package price or labor to disassemble and assemble carburetors. Any crank work, repairs, or replacement OEM or aftermarket parts would be an extra charge.
