600 FIII TRIPLE
The 600 engine is very easy to make more HP, but not so easy to make more torque. Torque is what makes a heavy small cc sled faster not necessarily HP. With our pipes we came up with a compromise maintaining original torque at 8600-8700 RPMs with a net HP gain of 6-7 HP. We have many different stages of modifications for this motor. We offer a thicker base gasket for the 600, which raises the port timing with a 4 HP gain. When used with our pipes, head must be re-cut. For race modifications we have race porting available, race pipes, or we have complete race packages. The improve stock package runs at 9400 rpm's and makes 156hp and 88 lbs. of torque, the prostock package turns at 10,200 rpm's and makes 161hp 86 lbs. of torque. Both of these packages require the motors to run on a race fuel(such as C12 or C14) and are not a trailable motor. The labor to disassemble, clean, and assemble motor is NOT included in the package prices. Any crank work, repairs, or replacement OEM parts would be an extra charge.
