31-CRANK SHOP CUSTOM ROTARY AND REED ENGINES

The 2 cylinder engines are available up to 1140cc and the 3 cylinder engines available up to 1500cc. So whatever size fits your style we can build it. The custom engine package includes base, RV cover or reeds, cylinders, crankshaft, head, piston & rings, miscellaneous o-rings, gaskets & bolts. 2 cylinder reed 990cc and 1140cc custom engines,  will fit in the Ski Doo Rev chassis. Custom motor sizes 990, 992, 1140, and 1200 are race motors only. The Crank Shop will also build complete TURN KEY LAKE SLEDS, speed tracks, studding, clutching, modified suspensions, 130+ mph plus sleds. New for 2009 season is the 3 and 4 cylinder sandcast base which is based off a rotax 809 triple . The 4 cylinder base can be converted into the 3 cylinder base. The base does not utilize a water pump and is for racing purposes only. The reeds are angled up 7 degrees, and can be ordered with small or large reeds. These sandcast bases have been used on the winning sleds at most of the major asphalt races in 2010. We have found that these cases are more ridged then the oem base once it has been modified.
