1025 MACH Z OR 1100 MACH Z STROKER BIG BORE
The 1025 and 1100 trail big bore kit utilizes a complete new rave valve nickicil cylinder and head. The 1025 uses the 809 stock stroke crank and stock carburetors, and produces 200 HP @ 8800 RPM's on pump gas. The 1100 stroker engine package produces 215 HP @ 8800 RPM's on pump gas using the stock carburetors. Some crank case modifications are necessary and modifications will need to be done to the cooling system in the base. Each package includes forged piston with 2 Art rings, new nickicil cylinders, head, Crank Shop rave valves, a set of triple silenced pipes, and case modifications. 1100 package includes stroking the crank to 73mm. The labor to disassemble, and assemble the motor is NOT included in the package price. The parts needed to complete this package from the customer are the top half the of crank case, head bolts, head cover oring, rave valve assembly parts minus the stock rave valves, crank if stroking, or the complete engine. We also offer both of these kits in a race form. They would consist of the same componets as the trail except it would be modified for race and will need to run on race fuel. The 1025 race package makes 240 HP @ 9200 RPM's and the 1100 stroker race is 244 HP @ 8900 RPM's.
