Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS (express, expedited, ground), FedX, or USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Most orders are processed with in 1-2 days on stock items. Shipping charges are added to the order once the order is packaged up. Shipping charges are base on the level of shipping service requested. This is based on the weight of the package and size. If you would like a quote on the shipping of your order, please specify at the time of placing your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Handling: All orders over $50.00 will be charged a $7.00 handling fee.
Returns: All returns must be issued a RMA #. All returns are accepted 30 days from the original shipping date. Returns received during the 30 days will be for refund or exchange. Any returns requested after the 30 days will be at our discretion. Any returns allowed after 30 days will be for store credit only. All returns must be in new condition and in original packaging. There are no returns allowed on electrical parts, custom parts, or special order parts. Shipping cost of return parts will be the responsibility of the customer. There may be a 15% restock fee assessed on returns. This will be determined at the time of issuing of the RMA#.
